Our Background - Established in 2020
WISE Aboriginal Corporation (WISE AC) was created in 2020 by likeminded industry leading aboriginal people who wished to create a vehicle to support social change whilst building economic empowerment.
WISE AC is a social enterprise supporting local community business, stakeholders and individuals achieve engagement, participation through advocacy and consultation.
WISE strategic and operational belief is no job is to big or small, WISE has the capabilities to deliver services across a national footprint. WISE is an innovative partnership focused organisation that has a proven track record of capacity to plant an operational flag in the ground anywhere across metropolitan, regional and remote Australia and deliver success.
Late in 2023 WISE AC transitioned into the WISE Aboriginal Corporation Group with four subsidiaries with the view delivering NDIS, Employment and Training, Consulting and Innovative Social Enterprise with a physical footprint across Regional and Remote Australia.
Our Founders
Our founders Eben Nickerson and Jayson Sandiford are both proud Wiradjuri men who have lived and worked across Australia, including multiple regional and remote locations. Our founders hold extensive experience in working for Government and the delivery of funded initiatives. This extensive experience is linked to multiple industries including the Care and Support Sector, the Construction Sector, the Employment Services Sector, the Training and Education Sector.

Our Goals
The groups goals are linked to the support of community led strategic, economic and people-based initiatives.
This activity is aligned to strengthening cultural competencies, promoting understanding and delivering advocacy and consultation.
We are driven by the desire to support delivery and increased access to key services to First Nation peoples.
