​Our Founders

Our founders Eben Nickerson and Jayson Sandiford are both proud Wiradjuri men who have lived and worked across Australia, including multiple regional and remote locations. Our founders hold extensive experience in working for and with Government on the delivery of funded initiatives linked to education, employment and training, community development and care sector services.

This extensive experience is linked to multiple industries including the Care and Support, Construction, Employment Services and the Training and Education Sectors. 

Supporting strong governance our founders have held and currently hold appointments across a wide range of board and government advisory groups linked to the Care Sector, Veterans Services, Regional Development and First Nations Workforce Development and Planning.
